We are a 3-Generation professional Real Estate & Auction company. Our start began all the way back in the year of 1969 by B.F. Higgins and has been continually growing ever since. We are one of the few auction firms in this area that offers a full-time, family auctioneer team! We conduct an array of auction types throughout the state of Ohio on a regular basis (with options available for your out-of-state auction.) We also conduct auctions on-site and off-site depending on your preference. We are currently licensed in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, & South Carolina. We strive to provide sellers and buyers with the best auction experience possible by using the latest tech with the success of old school practices that we were built on. Real Estate & Live Auctions are our core business but we also have the resources to offer internet bidding for warrented auctions.
