Higgins with Ben Higgins Realty & Auction Co. will serve as featured Auctioneers at the 4th Annual "Turn Up the Heat" celebrity dance gala March 4 benefiting the Marion Women's Club & Historic Home. Sold out for the 4th consecutive year, 8 local dancers compete for "Performance Awards" while the dancer who raises the most money is declared the "Grand Champion." Gala proceeds benefit the Club's "Front Porch & Foundation" restoration/renovation project estimated at $100,000. The Auction portion of the Gala will support the Club's "Barlow Brilliance Award Fund" and "Women's Wellness Wednesday" offering complimentary mammograms to local uninsured/underserved women.
