Due to health reasons, Mr. Stegman is selling the contents of his beautiful Victorian Tudor home at public auction. Richard retired after serving as a professor and dean at several universities including Wyoming and Rhode Island. He has always been a very civic-minded man and traveled the world, collecting antiques. This is one of the finest collections we have seen in a long time.
